We offer competitive fees to sell your property and excel in our marketing efforts. You’ll never be asked for more than our agreed fee to promote your home. We are fully committed to doing everything possible to help you achieve your goals. From honest valuations, videography, 360 degree walkthroughs, drone shoots and social media promotion to listings on Rightmove, Zoopla and more, we are dedicated to helping you succeed.
Letting Management
We take the hassle out of renting your home. We don’t just find you a tenant; we handle everything from arranging contracts to helping your tenant move in. If any issues arise, like a leaky tap, electrical problems, or guttering issues, we take care of them. Here’s what we do for you:
- Find a tenant
- Conduct a full credit check
- Prepare the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
- Collect rent and deposit
- Sign tenancy check-in paperwork on your behalf
- Provide landlord statements and paperwork
- Offer management service throughout the full term
Our goal is to keep your identity confidential and ensure you receive your rent each month without any fuss. Our comprehensive management fee is 14.4% (including VAT) of the rental income, giving you peace of mind and a hassle-free experience.
Alternatively, should you wish to manage the property yourself, we can find you a tenant and offer all of the above with the exception of ongoing management.
The price of this service is equivalent to one month's rent.
